Gastón Durand Partner

Gastón is partner of Mazars and responsible for the legal area in Madrid office. Gastón has over 17 years of experience in the area of business law, with special dedication to judicial and bankruptcy procedures, taking action in syndicates, settlement commissions and, currently, as bankruptcy administrator.

Gastón has a degree in Law, Master in Advocacy, Bachelor in Labour Law and Social Security, ICAM Member and Professor on Mercantile and Civil Litigation Law at Business School San Pablo (CEU), as well as member of the Advising Board of practice law Magazine CEF LEGAL. Additionally, he is author of different law publications and articles.
