Agustín Fernández Partner

Agustín Fernández Miret is partner in charge of Mazars Spain’s corporate finance area, and is part of the firm’s global corporate finance teams at worldwide level. Before joining Mazars, he was partner-director of Global Corporate Finance, a boutique specialized in these services.

Agustín is M.Sc. in Senior Industrial Organization Engineering by the ETSII of Bilbao (EHU/UPV) and Senior Management Business Programme (PADE) by the IESE. He started his professional career in Roland Berger, and subsequently occupied different management positions in BBVA and Barclays. Before founding Global Corporate Finance, he was the managing director of ONEtoONE Capital Partners. He counts with a wide experience providing advice in mergers and acquisitions, search for financing and financial advice within the framework of investments and divestments.

Currently, he combines his activity with collaborations in several training programmes of the School of Engineers of the UPM, Universidad de Villanueva UCM and IESE (valuation and M&A). He provides advice in business strategy and finance for several companies and employers.
