The Spanish tax administrations, at autonomic and state level, play a key role to ease the agility for the absorption of funds, as well as in the success of the projects’ execution. For instance, regulatory changes are necessary, as well as flexible regulatory frameworks, and procedures and instruments for the assessment, control and safeguard of funds.
In turn, private businesses must define and articulate successful proposals, with guarantees of return on investment and impact, adjusted at the level of design and management to the European funds’ requirements.
