With this change, we intend to give the firm a more direct and commercial name and to contribute value to our global and international nature, thanks to our global network of lawyers and tax advisors in over 80 countries on the five continents.

In addition, in order to successfully face the firm´s challenges in the current market, and to continue advancing towards our commercial development and innovation drive, we have renewed the executive committee of in Mazars Tax & Legal with the incorporation of Gastón Durand, recently appointed partner responsible for legal services in Madrid; Jacinto Cana, partner in charge of tax services in Madrid; and Íñigo Pastor, partner responsible for the firm in the Northern area. All of them, along with Santiago Casadejús and Antoni Bover, head partners of Tax and Legal, respectively, will be responsible for leading the firm´s strategy in coming years.
According to Antoni Bover, president of Mazars in Spain, "these changes are more necessary than ever to successfully meet current customer`s expectations. Companies need law firms and tax advisors who are able to offer comprehensive solutions that can truly respond to global challenges they face, and who can integrate technology and innovation into their legal and tax services."
