This breakfast will focus in a practical way on the modifications of the labour field and the Social Security introduced by both the RD 8/2010 passed the 20th of May and the RD 10/2010 passed the 16th of June by the Government.

Specifically, it will answer to the following questions:

• Which reforms have been introduced regarding the hiring of new employees? Do I get any benefit with the hiring of young people or unemployed persons? Which is the function of the temporary agency work?
• As we are in a very complicated economic situation, the dismissals could be necessary. Which reforms have been introduced on this subject? Is it true that it favours the “free dismissals” as the social agents manifest?
• Our company is thinking about suggesting some employees the partial retirement. Which criteria should we take into account?

The event will take place on Thursday, 22nd of July in Madrid from 9 am to 12 am and on Friday, 23th of July, at Mazars in Barcelona (271, Aragó).
