How to integrate the Map of Technological Risk with the Map of Company Risk? - Mazars - Spain

At Breakfast, we will discuss the steps needed to draw a Map of Technological Risks, and the aspects to consider in order to incorporate it into the Map of Company Risks.

To do so, we will tackle the questions below:

- Different approaches in order to carry out the Map of Technological Risks, depending on who and what it is going to be used for (Security Responsible, Internal Auditor, Control Management, Management, etc.).

- How Technological Risks deal with different existing models and marks of Company Risks (COSO-ERM, Basilea II, Solvency II, SOX).

- Practical Session of how an analysis of Technological Risks has to be carried out from the Internal Audit, by using an Excel in order to show the Management the results.

- Practical session of how to document and exploit Technological Risks by using an Internal Control implementation.

The event will take place on:

• Friday 29th of January 2010 at The Hotel los Galgos in Madrid (114, Claudio Coello Street)

• Friday 5th of February 2010 at Mazars in Barcelona (271, Aragó Street)

The event will begin with a coffee at 9 am before the first presentation, at 9.30 am. There will be a pause of 20 minutes before the beginning of practical sessions and will end about 11.30 am.
