Each of us has our own priorities and tries to balance our professional and private lives.
The objective of Mazars is:
- to keep a balance between personal and profesional life.
- to make Mazars a better place to work
- To adapt the culture of our Firm to the change in the ways of life and the values of our professional young men.
We seek to implement policies that make possible to do of Mazars a better place to work: a closer professional and human environment that it facilitates to harmonize work and personal life, but being simultaneously conscious of the exigency and nature of our professional activity.
Among the concrete measures that it includes, we emphasize the following ones:

- Friday afternoon free
- Continuous working days in summer, in certain months and depending on the needs of the activity
- Weekend days
- Teleworking
- Leisure Time Activities: Friendly get-togethers and time to share. Every year we organize the "Mazariades", when teams from all our offices meet up for a friendly sporting event. We also organize yearly Teambuilding Days and regular staff briefings.
