On arrival at Mazars...
...the new recruit will follow an induction process in order to:
- Learn about our history and values
- Understand our organization
- Acquire our methodologies
The induction process also provides an opportunity to:
Create a real team spirit among the year’s intake of recruits
Feel part of the team
In addition the Assistants of 1st year also will follow a posgraduate course of between 250 and 440 hours, where they will deeply review all countable and financial tecniques.
This course will be free for newly incorporated and will be realized across a specializing school and / or University.
It is a course authorized by the ICAC to liberate the theoretical part corresponding to the examinations for access to the ROAC
